We make available the Entire Apartment of about 45 m2.

It consists of an entrance hall, living room with equipped kitchen, windowed bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. In the living room, the bookcase hides a mechanism that, with a simple maneuver, makes available another bed (comes down already ready to use) of one and a half squares: very comfortable therefore for a third adult or two kids. The apartment, fully assisted in domotics, is perfectly air-conditioned, thanks to radiators and air cabinets. There are 2 large LCD TVs with satellite channels, free WI-FI connection, LED lighting.

We have paid special attention to your safety, adopting the most modern security systems (fire extinguishers, smoke detectors. CCTV cameras outside the facility and in the common areas), and for your comfort we have made available--directly from the phone in your room--our direct Reception and Concierge service.

The apartment, therefore, is suitable to accommodate up to a maximum of 3 adults, or a couple with two school-age children. It overlooks a small street in the historic center with no traffic and very quiet, though only a stone's throw away from the beating heart of the city. The Relaxation & Smoking Area is located on the top floor of the building, on a terrace protected by a Bioclimatic Gazebo, which combines the comfort of its tables with an evocative and intriguing view of the city.
