We are a Professional Host that has been running the 4-Star hospitality business (Ca' Murà - Natura & Resort) for about 20 years, located in a green oasis just outside Padua.
In creating this new Residence, we tried to bring a synthesis of our experience in terms of hospitality and comfort, sharing the services of our facility.
We wanted a suitable Location, located in the heart of Padua's historic center, but also easily accessible by car, thanks to a large outdoor public parking lot located less than 50 meters from our Structure (Piazza Insurrezione) and a covered one less than 200 meters away (Porte Contarine).
It is also easily accessible from the Railway Station, which is about 1.5 km away, and is well served by public transportation (Taxi, Tram and Bus).
The Residence is developed within a historic building, completely independent and finely renovated: it overlooks a small street in the historic center that is very quiet, four steps from one of the city's best Restaurants and a stone's throw from Padua's squares and most important places such as the Palazzo della Ragione, the historic Caffè Pedrocchi, the Salone and the entire pedestrian shopping area.
A few minutes from the Scrovegni Chapel and Prato della Valle, both destinations that can be reached by a pleasant walk in the middle of the pedestrian area.
It consists of 3 independent apartments and a common terrace, accessible from the inside and equipped with WiFi, small tables and comfortable seating: ideal therefore as a smoking area, Relaxation or... for a Call Conference en plein air!
Our apartments are equipped with every comfort, and fully accessorized: very suitable, therefore, for short and/or longer stays; moreover - as already mentioned - they are fiber-connected with our Reception, always active in support of our facilities: for any need, for advice or even just a logistical suggestion, do not hesitate to contact her.
She is easily reachable, both by phone and by video intercom.

Minimum age to rent the apartment: 18 years old.

Minors unaccompanied by their parents or a responsible adult must show a photocopy of a parental ID with corresponding signed free-form authorization.
It is not allowed, for reasons of Public Safety, for guests to let other people into the apartment at any time, without informing the Front Desk and without due registration of the guest's presence.
It is prohibited within the premises to: smoke, use drugs, talk loudly, shout, slam doors or windows, connect to the electrical system any electrical appliance brought along, (with the exception of electric shaver, hair dryer/straightener, computer and/or cell phone), allow children to wander around the various rooms.
The Relaxing & Smoking Area is located on the top floor of the building, on a terrace protected by a Bioclimatic Gazebo, which combines the comfort of its tables with an evocative and intriguing view of the city.
